At The Humble Co. we are committed to sustainability. One of the biggest challenges in e-commerce today is the environmental impact of logistics — especially when it comes to small orders and return shipments. Freight prices have increased significantly in recent years, and transporting individual parcels back and forth generates unnecessary emissions.

For this reason, we do not accept returns of products in good condition. Once your order has been shipped, we kindly ask that you do not send items back. If you decide not to use a product, you may dispose of it locally in a responsible way rather than returning it to us. This approach helps us reduce waste, lower emissions, and keep our products affordable while supporting a more sustainable shopping experience.


Reclamations (Defected or Damaged Products)

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will of course take care of it.

  1. Contact us at info@thehumble.co with your order number and details of the issue.

  2. If your claim is approved, we will not ask you to return the product. Instead, you may dispose of it responsibly, and we will arrange either a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.


Important Notice on Orders

Since September, we have adjusted our e-commerce operations to make them more sustainable. Shipping very small orders is not viable for us, so we encourage customers to consider adding more items when placing an order.

If you only need a single product, we kindly ask you to check your local store or online retailers that carry our products. This reduces shipping distances, supports local businesses, and helps us collectively make a positive impact on the environment.
